Delivery Policy

Draft for review. Replace every bracketed detail before publishing. This page is not legal advice.

We deliver to the areas shown at checkout. The available delivery areas and charges are displayed before you confirm payment and may vary by area. Choose an available receiving date at checkout; the earliest date is based on the preparation notice configured by Aya Cocoa. A selected date is a requested date and is confirmed with the order. If we cannot meet it, we will contact you to agree on an available option.

Please provide a complete address, a reachable phone number, and any useful access or recipient instructions. Make sure someone can receive the order. If an address or recipient detail needs correction, contact us promptly at [WhatsApp/contact]. Changes depend on preparation and dispatch status. If circumstances affect delivery, we will contact you with an update. Delivery fees and any other applicable charges are shown before order confirmation.
